Many successful entrepreneurs and people interested in self-discovery use journaling as a powerful way to generate new ideas and to be at peace. In this post, I’ll go over my favorite self-discovery journal prompts so you can connect with yourself and increase your awareness.

If you aren’t familiar with journaling, it’s an excellent way to start your day. You can understand better what’s on your mind and it’s a useful tool to improve your productivity, creativity, mental health, and handle your emotions.

I personally like to journal in the morning, but I also journal when my anxiety is high.

Using self-discovery prompts is an excellent starter. Sometimes, people don’t know what to write about, so using prompts should generate ideas.

If you’re like me, you may prefer to write online. I personally use Penzu. You could also buy a real journal if you wish to spend less time in front of your screen. You can order a journal on Amazon here.

Without further ado, here are some self-discovery journal questions you can write down at the top of your journal for inspiration.
