Shared Office coworking

Soho

Soho – which stands for Sofia Holistic Coworking Company – is at 4, Iskar Str, Sofia.

Conveniently located in the city center, it attracts creative professionals from all walks of life and provides some great opportunities for networking.

Offering regular social events, it has good facilities including access to conference rooms, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a scanner & printer, and a shared library. Tea, subsidized coffee, mineral water, cleaning, and utilities are also included. 

There are several pricing options, with the  ‘CoDesk’ ranging from 30 BGN for one visit to 260 BGN for the month. This gives you a new desk and deskmates each time you come to work.

The dedicated ‘SoDesk’ – with an adjustable office chair and cactus – is 350 BGN per month and the ‘SoOffice’ with space for up to 4 people and comfortable furniture is 1000 BGN per month

There are also event spaces to hire for up to 100 people, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Cosmos Coworking Camp

With a convenient city center located just a short walk away from Sofia’s main pedestrian zone, Cosmos Coworking Camp can be found at 3 Angel Kanchev Str., Sofia.

Serdika subway station is just a 5-minute walk away and there are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. The Camp also has its own café serving coffee from 9 am to 9 pm.

Ideal for everyone from freelancers to startups, it offers hot seats and dedicated desks for up to four people. It is available to its members 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  So no matter when you need to work, you’ll know you have a professional space in which to do so.

Prices range from 25 BGN for a daily hot seat pass to 275 BGN for unlimited hot seat hours per month.

Dedicated desks range from 290 BGN for a single to 850 BGN for a desk for four.

Work & Share Coworking Space

Work & Share Coworking Space is located at 15-17, Tintyava Str., Sofia.

One of the best Sofia coworking spaces for bringing together freelancers and startups in order to interact and form new connections, it regularly hosts lots of specialized IT and start-up events.

Along with a  coffee zone, canteen, and spacious areas for relaxation, there are various desk options that allow you to work in the way that suits you best.

You can choose from a flexible desk, which gives you space to come in and work as and when needed – or a dedicated desk, where you can leave your belongings. Prices for flexible desks are available on request, and dedicated desks start from  350 BGN per month.

From 1600 BGN per month you can opt for a team desk – a large desk for up to 6 people in an open space area.

Need something a bit more private? Then from 1600 BGN you can use a team office, with glass walls and capable of accommodating anywhere from 3 to 40 members.

Work & Share is one of the few Sofia coworking places to also offer a virtual office on a one-year contract. This is ideal for overseas workers who need a Bulgarian address in order to establish a business in the country. It includes mail forwarding and starts from 60 BGN per month.

Regus

Regus has three different coworking spaces in Sofia.

The first is the 5th and 6th Floors Landmark Building 14 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd., Sofia.

It is located in the city’s business hub, with great views of local historic architecture and of the Bulgarian Parliament building. It is an inspiring area in which to work, with bank headquarters and global technology companies as neighbors!

The second location is Boulevard Totleben 53-55, Sofia.

Regus’s final coworking place in Sofia is ideally located within 500 meters of the city’s airport, within the Ibis Hotel.

The city center is easily accessible from this modern office, whilst its airport location makes it ideal for receiving national and international visitors. 

A garden terrace gives you an attractive outdoor space in which to work and there is also a drop-in business lounge where you can network with other business professionals and exchange ideas.

Betahaus

Betahaus has two excellent locations in the center of Sofia. Both have amazing views and you have access to each of them, so you can switch between them when it suits you!

The first space is located at 6 Shipka Street.

It is the larger of the two and offers a fully-equipped kitchen with free tea, coffee, and water. Along with three meeting rooms, there are also seven private and three open phone booths, plus lockers, and social space. You can even bring your dog!

The smaller space on Slaveykov Square has two fully-equipped kitchens and two rooftop terraces, with great views to enjoy as you work.

In addition to these shared offices in Sofia, there are a number of events that Betahaus organizes to help you network and expand your business, including a competition for local startups to present their business ideas and seek investors, and a startup job fair.

You can try out Betahaus for free, then choose from one of its three packages. The ‘Light’ option of 250 BGN per month allows you 30 visits in 3 months, when you can choose your days and where you want to sit.

The ‘Open Space’ option costs 350 BGN per month and gives you a dedicated seat on a shared desk, with additional services like conference rooms and a printer available for an extra fee.

A ‘Private Office’ package is 435 BGN per person per month for a minimum of 4 people and includes a fully equipped private office, again with additional services available for an extra fee.
